You may cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility. To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email with your order number.
After 24 hours or post-dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been shipped. You may instead initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy below.
For custom-manufactured or made-to-order products (including special load-range spring balancers, custom trolley configurations, or bespoke C-track systems), cancellations are accepted only before production commences. Such orders may attract a cancellation fee to cover raw material costs and production work already incurred.

Based on the inspection outcome, we will arrange a full refund, replacement product, or repair as appropriate.

All Hendo Industries products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and rated load conditions. Warranty terms vary by product model — please refer to the documentation supplied with your product or contact our team for specific warranty coverage details.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product model or load capacity, please initiate a return as per the process above, and place a new order for the required item. This ensures faster processing and accurate GST invoicing.
