Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility. To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email with your order number.
After 24 hours or post-dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been shipped. You may instead initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy below.
For custom-manufactured or made-to-order products (including special load-range spring balancers, custom trolley configurations, or bespoke C-track systems), cancellations are accepted only before production commences. Such orders may attract a cancellation fee to cover raw material costs and production work already incurred.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Please review the eligible and ineligible conditions below:

Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Call +91 829 1787 054 or email us with your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
Receive return authorisation (RMA)
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation number if approved.
Pack and ship the product
Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Shipping instructions will be provided. Return freight is borne by Hendo Industries for defective or incorrectly dispatched items; customer-initiated returns bear the return shipping cost.

Resolution
Based on the inspection outcome, we will arrange a full refund, replacement product, or repair as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date the returned product passes inspection. Refunds will be credited to:
The original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, BNPL), or
Your registered bank account via NEFT/RTGS for cash or COD payments.
GST refunds: Approved refunds will include applicable GST amounts. A GST credit note will be issued in compliance with Indian GST regulations. Please ensure your GSTIN is registered with your order for B2B refund processing.
Please note that bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days before the credit appears in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Warranty Claims
All Hendo Industries products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and rated load conditions. Warranty terms vary by product model — please refer to the documentation supplied with your product or contact our team for specific warranty coverage details.
Warranty claims beyond the 7-day return window should be directed to our after-sales service team.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, or damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or operating beyond the product’s rated capacity.
Warranty service may include repair, part replacement, or unit replacement at our discretion.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product model or load capacity, please initiate a return as per the process above, and place a new order for the required item. This ensures faster processing and accurate GST invoicing.
